High performance alumina lining plate

SUNVIN alumina microcystal wear resistance grinding lining are made with high tech-forula materials under 1500℃ temperature firing in kiln. It has high compression strength, lower wear resistance and high hardness. There are all kinds of shape such as square shape, rectangle shape, ledder shape and some special shape. They can use in different industry for wear resistance grinding equipment such as oil, mine, steel and electricity industry to protect damage of the tube wall from impact of raw material and erosion from chemical substances and the heat shock, reduce the abrasion to the machines and equipment, this can save the maintain cost, extend the life of the machines.

• High hardness

Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, just less than diamond but much higher than wear-resistance steel and stainless steel.

• Excellent abrasive resistance

266 times more than Mn-steel for abrasive resistance, 171.5 times more than high Cr-steel. Basing on the research and tracking with our client, more than 10 years at the same condition, using this alumina lining, it can be 10 times long life of machines than using Mn steel and hi-Cr steel.

• Light weight

Density is 3.60 g/cm³ which just half of the steel, it can reduce the load of the machine.

• Firmly bonded with good heat resistance.

SUNVIN lining use heat-resisting glue to stick with inside wall of machines under 350℃ working long time without damage and also have another glue can work under 750 ℃ which is far ahead in China for its performance.
